I think just about everyone has some concern, whenever they have to take their vehicle into a mechanic, that they will not only be reliable, but also fair and honest. There are a lot of horror stories out there about the bad ones. This was my first experience with Lawrenceville Auto Center (reading a bunch of very good reviews brought me in to them), and I can tell you that right from the moment I called to schedule an appointment, through bringing it in, and then picking it up, they made me actually feel like they wanted me to be a part of their LAC family. Very friendly, from the receptionist, to the owner, and even the mechanic who worked on my car. They showed concern with how my car's problem may have happened, what to keep my eye on, and for me to be sure that they were there to help me with whatever might pop up going forward. This is definitely going to be my go-to auto mechanic going forward!

I had brake work done .David had received some brakes from parts house that was not to his liking .He appoligized for the mis hap for the delay me picking the car up on the time he had told me.He sent the brakes to the parts house to get shoes that he was satisfied with .Thanks David I would rather have good quality and be a little bit late than inferior product on my car.Davids care for the customer was well appreciated.I will be back if I need work done.

The staff at LAC rocks, very personable, professional, friendly, customer service focused, and knowledgeable. I dropped in without an appointment to have my headlight bulbs replaced, and they taken care of my vehicle and then taken the time to get a estimate on another issue my Ford Explorer has, not many businesses today offer that kind of nuance without a hassle, these guys deserve not 5 stars but 10.

Excellent and friendly customer service and very professional service.

My car had stopped with the hot engine light on and AAA recommended and towed my car to the Lawrenceville Auto Center. I called the next morning and they did a check to see what was wrong and called me to give me the price and details about what was wrong and price for fixing it. They do not do anything to your car without an ok from you. I'm glad I took AAA suggestion. My mechanic, Jeff Dixon went out of his way to help me. Thank you Jeff for your kindness and an excellent repair job. Thank you also to Leslie who picked me up to get my car.
