Staff is very friendly and courteous. If they find a problem, they will clearly explain what is wrong, why and what the options are to correct the problem. I had questions about trailering with a CVT, this AM and their answers were clear and easily understandable. The fact that they are a AAA recommended repair facility is what drew me to them several years ago and they have not disappointed.

The best place for all your car needs, call them they pick up your car or drop off your car and they send you with their shuttle service, I used the dealership before but when I tried them 5 years ago there is no place to go except them , professional. Friendly, best service and prices. I love them all

I recently had my car serviced at LAC. Although the issue could not be repaired at their shop, they recommended another facility that would be able to perform the work needed. They didn't have to go the "extra mile" in suggesting another company do the work, but it just shows how professional and concerned they are about their customers car needs. And the shuttle service provided, with Lisa at the wheel, was very friendly and entertaining! I will bring my car back to Lawrenceville Auto Center.
