This week was a rather challenging one as I replaced my alternator on my antique car. Well, surprisingly picking up my new alternator I discovered the pulley and fan was not included with the part, the retailer needed my old alternator for core exchange creating a dilemma of the tools and skill needed. As I was driving down Riverside Drive, I noticed Lawrenceville Auto Center then decided to inquire if they could assist with that removal of the fan and pulley from my old part. I entered the doors to a wonderful greeting by a kind lady as she quickly introduced the manager who exceeded expectations helping me solve this problem. I have 5 vehicles and I will bring my vehicles there with confidence that these people care for their customer's expectations. LAC is a throwback to high skill, high knowledge and high customer satisfaction. High5 to this business!

Shawn would not be happy till the repair is PERFECT!! As a customer, I appreciate that very much. We had a new part replaced on the car and within 2 weeks the part failed. I called and explained the problem and they said, no worries this is 100 percent covered under the warranty. Took it back. received a call this morning that the car was ready. I tried to give Shawn $ 100.00 to buy lunch for the Team. He politely declined saying he would fire anyone who took a tip from a customer! I so appreciate your morals and the excellent work you and your team do! We will continue to patronize your facility! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!

Sean, Kaitlyn, and Jordan went so far above and beyond ON A BUSY DAY to quickly diagnose the problem, find parts, drive 2 hours roundtrip to get said parts, and get me out early.
